No Mess Indoor S'mores

Earlier this week, my friend Dana from Talking in All Caps wrote about the adorable camping party she threw for her son.

Every camping party needs s'mores, but it was miserable outside, so a fire was out of the question. Instead, Dana made No Mess Indoor S'mores, which were really easy and tasted really REALLY good.

No Mess Indoor Smores

Here's how she did it!

  • Two-bite brownies
  • Marshmallows
  • Graham crackers
  • Golden Grahams cereal

1) Cut the marshmallows in half and use the sticky side as "glue" to stick them to the brownies.

2) Add some icing to stick the graham crackers on. Dana snipped the top of the big marshmallows to make a hole for the golden grahams to go in so they didn't crumble.

That's IT. Have you ever seen an easier smore? And bonus - the kids were NOT all covered in sticky goo at the end of the night!

In case you were wondering, Dana is also the genius that came up with the Hot Dog Bar at a party - one of my most popular pins on Pinterest.

Dana has some really delicious dinner ideas on her blog right now - go check them out if you want more easy and delicious things to eat!

  1. So fun! One of favorite restaurants in the city serves s'mores for dessert and we always order them- so tasty!

  2. Mmmm! That's all I have to say! Well, maybe, I think I need a big costco pack of those brownies!

  3. Oh yes! We do a version of these too. I get these cookies that come with the biscuit part and with dark chocolate already then I put a marshmallow between two of them and melt it all ever so slightly. Gosh, they are SO good! I'll have to do them after school today - thanks!!

  4. I love 2 bite brownies and this is definitely an upgrade over eating the plain!

  5. Love these for a summer/campfire party!

  6. this will come in great for me when we have summer fires.

  7. What a great idea, I love the addition of the brownies. Thank you for sharing a Fluster's #CreativeMuster, I hope that you will come back and join us again.
